Friday Workout

Strength

Push Press/ Push Jerk / Split Jerk
Work up to a failure on the push press, then work up to a failure on the push jerk, finally work to a heavy split jerk.

WOD

5 Rounds
10 Wallballs 20/14
10 Pushups
10 Box Jumps 20"
