Clean Technique
Find a heavy 1 rep clean...then every 30 sec. for 5 minutes complete 2 cleans @ 80-85% of that 1 rep.

WOD

3 Minutes Run/Row/Bike
1 Minute Rest
2 Minutes Pull-ups
2 Minutes Rest
1 Minute Burpees

Score = distance/# of reps/# of reps
