Strength

Squat Clean-Find heavy three reps & then 3 E.M.O.M. for 5 Minutes.

6 Squat Cleans (185/115)
100 M Run

Mark building strength to work towards his back lever...Who says you can't still improve while recovering from surgery. Nice Job Mark. Don't forget to point those toes:)
