Did WOD 79 from home. Time 3:14 thanks for that option
Strength: 4x8 @ 205lb front squat WOD: 21-15-9 @ 275 and HR PU
Strength: 4X8 at 185 (first two sets) finished at 135 front squat WOD: 21-15-9 @ 225 and HSPU and HR PU combo Sore today!
WOD finished in 7:45, (sand bag modified 25lb plate, pullups (green band first 8 then finished with black).

Tweaked my back on Monday so I did the strength and then beat my time on Fridays WOD. Thanks for riding with me Bethany!
Anytime:) I was just glad I didn't have to do that alone! The bike and I just don't get along:)
Tues: sled @ 165Wednesday: bench @ 315 (one rep)
Wednesday did #71 WOD in 7 min.
Thursday great workout! Don't remember my time but it wasn't too bad:)
