OTHM Pull Up Throw Down (Ladder)

WOD:

3 K Run

All the hard work paid off yersterday with lots of PR's for our athletes...Josh kept the top spot on the board with another 15lb increase taking his PR for the front squat to 330. Biggest jump of the day goes to Holden at 65 lb's. Awesome Work Guys!

  2. Dang, I need to do a 3k time trial. Sadly I don't think I'm going to make it in time. Guess it's just a workout at the gym here at work.

  3. I got 12 on the ladder and after yesterday's WOD I'm happy with that. The run I can't remember exactly but it was between 14-15 min
