2 Minute Max Rep HSPU
Rest 2 Minutes
2 Minute Max Rep Pistol Squats...No more then sets of 15 on each leg before switching legs.
WOD:

O.T.M. for 12 Minutes
2 Squat Cleans
3 Burpees
30 YD Sprint
