Today Please Bring!!

If you can please bring a watch to help track your time:)

Strength

OH Squats (1 RM if needed)
4x4 at 80% of 1 RM

WOD

Run as far as possible in 5 minutes (10 minutes total)
*every minute rest 60 seconds
*1/2 way run back every second short 1 burpee penalty
