Want to improve your overhead squats?  Here are some tips!! 



Strength


3 Round Sets
1 Deadlift + 1 Clean + 1 Jerk
*rest 1 min. between sets
*athletes keep their hands on the bar for all three movements in the complex
*working weight is 80-85% of 1RM C&J

Ring Push Ups

Finisher: 200m Run
