5x5 Box squat @ no more than 60% of 1RM BS

* Idea is to reach as far back as possible onto box, keeping chest upright and knees out. 2 second hold on box, when coming back up athlete must try hardest not to rock forward. Athlete should initiate movement by driving knees out.
