We are so excited to have pulled it off again! By the time Everyday Warrior kicks off on Wednesday we will have beaten last years impressive mark of 62 athletes. We set the bar incredibly high and I wasn't really sure we could match it again, but the hearts of our members never cease to amaze me! Together we are making a difference in people's lives, so hats off to each and every one of you!! With that said, I wanted to send out a few details, so everyone is on the same page.
My best friend's mom is passing away of cancer, so I am flying back to Buffalo this week to say goodbye and give my support. Unfortunately this means I will be missing week 1. In my place Wednesday, Megan will be leading all the morning classes through WOD 1. We will have score sheet's available, so you can take them home with you to submit your scores on-line. This will also be Megan's final morning classes with us, so let's make it an awesome morning for her!! Evening crew, Matt will be leading the charge with Ally, Bethany, Emilee, and Holden helping keep things running smooth. When you come in Ally will have a heat-board all set up and you will sign up for whatever heat is open and convenient for you. The heats will begin around 6:15pm with athlete briefing beginning around 6:00pm. If you can't make it until later, don't stress, just show up when you can and sign up for a heat. The last heat will be no later then 8:15pm.
IMPORTANT...please remember to submit your scores no later then Sunday evening at 5:00pm. We will send you home with a score card to help you remember.
Now for the extra fun stuff...Each year we go out as a group (voluntarily of course) to celebrate our accomplishments, laugh, and carb load from the evening's festivities. We always try to support our fellow local businesses when possible. This year we have chosen one location in FG and one location in Banks. Week one we will be using as our chance to get used to the set up this four week event. Week two we will be heading to Ridgewalker Brewing in FG. They have great food, and a great venue for a group our size. Week 3 we will be heading to Our Cafe in banks. They are under new ownership and the cook does some awesome stuff. He is working with us to put together a special menu and keep the restaurant open just for us. Finally week 4 will be none other then your very own coaches on the griddle in the AM and on the grill in the PM. Don't worry we will be getting some pointers from the professionals lol!

In an effort to protect the BCF members that have been working their tails off in the strength enhancement program, we will be moving the Everyday Warrior weekly event to Wednesday evenings starting at 6:00 pm. Athletes can begin showing up at 5:30 for heat sign up and to begin to loosen up before we kick of the festivities!
This year is shaping up to be an awesome year and we are so pumped! If for some reason you absolutely can't make the Wednesday evening slot you will be allowed to go Thursday evening. The morning crews will go Wednesday as well.
