Athlete Expectations and Standards

1 year and 100% commitment


  • Positive attitude
  • Must workout at least 5 days a week
  • Must take at least one 24 hour period of rest each week
  • Athlete is strongly advised not to workout more than 3 days in a row

Barbell Movements

  • Snatch
    • Men 135
    • Women 95
  • Clean and Jerk
    • Men 185
    • Women 135
*Athletes should be able to do all or most barbell movements at or more than their own body weight

Gymnastic Movements


  • 3 Strict Pull-ups
  • 1 Strict HSPU
  • 1 Strict Ring Dip
  • C2B Pull-ups
  • Pistols
  • Rope Climbs
  • T2B
  • GHD Sit-ups and Back Extensions
  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Bar Muscle-ups
*If athlete is unable to complete a Muscle-up, they must have the strict movements

Cardiovascular

  • Run 1 mile
    • Men - Less than 7 minutes
    • Women - Less that 8 minutes
  • 500m Row
    • Men - Less than 1 minute 50 seconds
    • Women - Less than 2 minutes
All athletes will be held to the CrossFit Open and CrossFit Games standards at ALL times. Nothing less will be acceptable!
