Barbell Movements
- Snatch
- Men 185
- Women 135
- Clean and Jerk
- Men 265
- Women 155
*Athletes should be able to do all or most barbell movements at or more than their own body weight
Gymnastic Movements
- Strict Pull-ups
- Strict HSPU
- Strict Ring Dip
- C2B Pull-ups
- Pistols
- Rope Climbs
- T2B
- GHD Sit-ups and Back Extensions
- Ring Muscle-ups
- Bar Muscle-ups
*If athlete is unable to complete a Muscle-up, they must have the strict movements
Cardiovascular
- Run 1 mile
- Men - Less than 6 minutes 30 seconds
- Women - Less that 7 minutes 30 seconds
All athletes will be held to the CrossFit Open and CrossFit Games standards at ALL times. Nothing less will be acceptable!
